Cast Aluminum shot blasted aluminum finish. Fitting roller rockers on Chevy 262 and 4.3 engines can be a problem with clearance, The tall Aussiespeed V6 Chevy valve covers have been used to replace the plastic Vortec and pressed tin rocker covers.
Fitting hardware is not included, Aussiespeed alloy rocker covers are supplied with the rubber grommets for the oil cap and PCV valve and a silver finish longer bolt and washer kit can also be purchased.
A cast in breather shroud is a part of the valve cover, if additional clearance is required a large diameter drill bit or spot facing tool can be used to shorten the breathers over all height.
